Miggie Shum is a trilingual speech and language pathologist with over 10 years of experience working with school-aged children and their families. Originally from Hong Kong, she is a certified member of the American Speech-Language Hearing Association, and holds Bachelor ‘s and Master ‘s degrees in Communication Disorders.
Prior moving to Vietnam in 2020, Miggie has worked closely with families and teachers in Shanghai, Hong Kong and Macau. She attended her first SENIA conference in Shanghai in 2011, and is excited to become part of a passionate team of professionals to promote awareness of special education and inclusion. Miggie will also be joining the local SENIA Chapter in Vietnam as the Events Coordinator for Ho Chi Minh City.
