Originally from the north east of England (UK), Alison relocated to SE Asia in 2014 and has since lived in Bangkok, Singapore and Bali. A founding Board member of SENIA Indonesia, Alison has now relocated back to Singapore but remains involved in the Indonesia region.

Alison is an international special educator with a passion for all things Inclusion. A certified Autism specialist she has experience as a special education and mainstream classroom teacher, school counsellor and assistant psychologist. Alison is committed to improving outcomes for children and their families through advocacy and teacher training, with a focus on emotional wellbeing and the neurodiversity movement. She believes nurturing diversity within schools is essential for creating an inclusive community which supports every individual to reach their potential.
